Synergy Dental Terms of Business

Appointment cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Consultations

A consultation appointment gives the patient and the clinician an opportunity to discuss treatment and the options available. No treatment is carried out at a consultation. Synergy Dental & Implant Centre do not charge for these appointments. We do, however, take a £15 deposit at the point of booking your consultation appointment slot. This can be paid via debit/credit card over the phone, on the website via the ‘book online’ link, or at the practice reception.

If you attend your appointment and decide not to go ahead with treatment, the £15 deposit is then refunded to you upon request. This can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment slot, the £15 can be refunded upon request, if you give us 24 hours’ notice. You can also keep the £15 on your account with us as credit towards future treatments.

Following your consultation, if you would like to book a treatment appointment slot, we will ask you for a further £35 deposit to make the overall deposit up to £50.

Treatment appointment slots

To enable us to book you in for a cosmetic procedure with our clinicians, we kindly request a £50 deposit to secure your appointment. Regrettably, we cannot reserve an appointment unless a deposit of this amount is paid. This can be paid via debit/credit card over the phone, on the website via the ‘book online’ link, or at the practice reception.

This deposit will contribute to the overall cost of your treatment. If you attend your appointment and decide not to go ahead with treatment, then the deposit will be refunded to you by the original payment method.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment slot, the deposit can be refunded upon request, if you give us 24 hours’ notice.

Refusal of treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason and the clinician’s decision is final in this regard.
